The client-server technology separates the program from its content, which translates into excellent expandability.

All of the program's features are available immediately after installation. Walk-related data is stored on the server in order to save your phone memory and the program only fetches this content in separate "chunks" when necessary. Each chunk can be a walk around a part of the city or a car trip. Each walk includes all kinds of information: audio narration, photos and text descriptions of sights of interest. 

You'll need maps for your walks, too. But the choice of the way you’ll use them is totally up to you – you can download them all in advance or download them “on the go”.

Now the audio guide comes into play.  Approach a mapped structure or area and narration will start automatically. The guide also displays optional photos and text descriptions. View where you are on the map and see other popular places on that same map. The general list sorts buildings and sights by distance with the nearest ones listed first. Use the search feature to find places of interest on the map, see how far away they are and get directions.

    

The app works like a usual audio guide on non GPS-enabled devices.
